Henry Allison
CEO
Henry Allison is a results-driven Software Engineer and the CEO of Hy Tech Solutions. He holds a First-Class Honors BSc in Software Engineering from INES-Ruhengeri University, Rwanda. His expertise spans Python, PHP, Laravel, Django, JavaScript, Java, SQL, API integration, CI/CD, quality assurance, data migration, and database management. He served as a Full Stack Developer at OB Liberia Inc. until September 15, 2025, where he built and maintained dynamic web systems, architected relational databases, and supported cloud managed services. Earlier, he interned at IKIGUGU in Rwanda, contributing to a Hospital Referral Management System and a POS/inventory system. As CEO, Henry leads Hy Tech Solutions with a focus on secure, scalable, and impactful technology that helps organizations grow.
